I understand taxes are being delayed and they can't do much on their end but tell me the status of my return. But I feel as a tax office that is supposed to HELP you with your taxes should go to some extent to help me after all it is very likely that it is their fault my taxes are behind in which I have proof. 1- I filed with them 01/25/22, I was sent my paperwork via email shortly after leaving their office but there was a issue. The employee "Journee" put in my old address and I sent her a message back saying that's my old address and she told me to send my new address and she'll fix it (which I have proof). When I sent my address she replied "address updated return has been accepted". 2- Later on I found out from another employee that my address was never updated and that they couldn't update it. So why are y'all lying? That I don't know, my $50 referral went to someone else as well. My friends who told me to go to them also had issues but they already received their funds. It's now June I have no transcripts online! The Irs says my return is not processed these people can't seem to help in which this is their job! I feel very sad that I referred people to them and I can't get any kind of help from these people. I have sent countless messages and I have done everything right the least they can do is help me. I'm going to contact anyone I can until I get some help and answers I need my taxes it's almost $9k and I worked my entire pregnancy last year till the day I gave birth I deserve the money I worked for and I don't deserve to be lied to I have never had these problems filing in the past.
