            Made an appt with this company, and after the specified appt time, and they didn't show up, he has an excuse that he could not find his ladder. Had another appt with him, and he again didn't show up, had another excuse he was at his kids bday party, didn't notify me either time he was not able to make it, until after I contacted him to see why he was not here. Not a dependable company. He referred another company to do the work, and they were 1.5 hrs later to the appt time, so would not recommend this company for any work

            This potential customer had his roof "fixed" by another roofing company. He called us to fix their work because it was still leaking. We set an appointment but I wasn't able to see the roof because his house is a 2 story. My truck ladder is not long enough for a 2 story. My long ladder was being used on a job. I tell him about another company that could help him immediately due to the incoming rain. He called the other company and had the work done. It should be noted that he did not pay that other company. I was asked to help mediate the issues and I tried but ******* is being unreasonable. I passed on the job and so glad I did. Like I told him. When I do any job, I make a contract. No exceptions. I have done no service for *******. He should complain about the company that failed to fix the issue in the first place.
