            Quoted $60 an hour for Christmas light to be wrapped on two medium trees and one strand of standard light across the front of my house only. Two crews showed up the first day and had to leave after 2 hours because they didn't normally do this part of the work. The two additional days of work was poorly handled and required several reschedules and shift changes. They couldn't figure how yo make the tree light work in even though the exact same light had been used the last year. I had to cut all the lights off the trees myself. I was then informed they had spent too many man hours on my house and were done. I agreed. I have paid $750 of a $1200 bill that is not acceptable for the limited amount of work done. I cannot pay for many hours while they tried to figure out how to install lights. This is obviously something new they tried to take advantage of inflated prices but they are not experienced or prepared.
