I purchased an Air Evac membership and no longer needed it since my son passed. I called and asked if I could have a pro-rated refund since he passed. The company Air Evac said yes, that just needed to send in his death certificate. I confirmed they did receive his death certificate and have been calling for a year now to get the refund. The first time they did mail the check but they mailed it to the wrong address that I told them not to mail it to. I confirmed they had the correct address and they did and said they would expedite the check to me since their mistake. I waited for at least 6 months and they never mailed it. I then had moved to my sons home and called again for the check to be mailed there and they said they would. After another 3-4 months had passed the check still had not been mailed. I then gave my new home's address for them to mail it there since they had still not mailed the check and could not provide a reason why they still had not mailed it. My daughter called to check on it. She spoke to Kevin which she had also spoken to in the past. Kevin could not provide an answer also why the check had not gone out except that Air Evac had been provided multiple addresses over the course of a year. As she explained each time the address had been updated the check still had not been mailed out and it was all taken place in the course of a years time. He proceeded to tell her he would look into and call by same day or following Friday which he did not. She called him on the following Monday and said he did not have an answer and still didnt know anything. Then this Wednesday he called her and stated e still didnt have an answer to why has not been mailed and that they were having to go through "thousands and thousands" of checks. He then tried to say the check was mailed to my daughters home but then changed his story back to he didnt know what was going on with the refund. Please help to get resolved.
