I purchased two chairs from FloorFound. Following my order, one chair was immediately canceled. The other chair stated it was being shipped.I received a box at my home with a different item than ordered. Additionally, the shipping box and item were badly damaged. I immediately contacted FloorFound and did not receive an answer. In fact, the website stated the company had ceased operations.I was in the process of moving. I waited for one month without hearing from FloorFound and disposed of the item, as I could not move a damaged chair to my new home. I began the dispute process with Affirm, the company that financed my purchase. I then received an email over a month later stating that FloorFound needed photos to process a refund. I was unable to provide these, considering I had disposed of the item. FloorFound is currently refusing to provide a refund, and they are refusing to allow Affirm to process a refund through the dispute process. I have requested a phone number and address to contact FloorFound. At this point I have just been provided with a customer service email address that is unresponsive.
