Our concerns primarily stem from their non-refundable policy and substandard customer service.During the ******** pandemic, we subscribed to their services for our employees' remote work needs. Upon our employees' return to the office, we proceeded to cancel this service, believing that it was no longer necessary. Despite our clear communication and updates to the company regarding our decision, Active Track has not only failed to terminate our services but also declined to provide us with a refund.Adding to our grievances, the company does not have a customer service phone line, which severely limits our ability to directly resolve the issue with a real person. Instead, we are left to communicate through a digital interface that lacks the responsiveness and understanding one would expect from a company operating at an international level.Despite repeated requests, Active Track remains intractable, insisting that we continue to use their subscription services with no consideration of our refund request.
