  I discovered prior to purchasing a vehicle that buying from Emmons would be a poor decision. So I walked away.
  The problem; they mandated the purchase of a useless, unwanted, and unrequested "theft deterrent" called window etching. Their cost for this add-on was in the neighborhood +/_ $25 and they charge the car buyer nearly $400. They required its purchase by preinstalling it. They claim they will pay out up to $5K should the vehicle be stolen. However, I believe that a payout, if any, would probably be no more than the insurance policy's deductible. They further claim that installation would provide discounts on auto insurance premiums. After researching that claim, only one company (Allstate) offers premium discounts but for minute dollar amounts. It is clear to anyone paying attention that Emmons is requiring customers to buy this unnecessary and useless product is soley for quick and easy additional profit even knowing that the product provides little to no value to he customer. If a customer really wants window etching, DIY kits can be found on Amazon for $19.95 - substantially less than what Emmons charges. Any dealer that forcibly pads their profit by mandating the purchase of any add-ons just for profit is not a dealer to buy from. I believe in a fair deal, not one where money is taken from me under false pretense. Thank goodness there is plenty of honest sellers to choose from.

  Best place to go to get Ripped off! I bought a low mileage PPV tahoe from them. They put the Title in the wrong persons name, Registered it in the wrong county. They charge 300 dollars to etch the serial number into each window, they said this is a theft deterrent,however they sold me a vehicle with back doors that do not lock! I paid close to 20,000 dollars for this vehicle and didnt even get a key fob for the truck. when they contacted me about having a service plan with them I let them know all these issues the truck has. Greg Emmons himself contacted me and gave me his word he would see to the back doors being fixed and he promised a key fob for it. I tried to work with them as best I could I told him personally if he just would help with the doors not locking I can handle the rest. When he asked me to bring the truck to the dealership he approached me as if he was having a panic attack arms swinging wildly in the air as he approached saying " I was told the rear doors dont lock on Tahoes.'' I immediately corrected him because I had already taken the door panels off myself, I am an ASE holder. I knew exactly what was needed, the door rods. So I left the truck with them regardless giving them a chance to make things right. The truck was returned to me in worse condition then when it arrived. The inexperienced technicians left the door panel hanging on by the wire for the window switch! The door latch cable had been left unhooked. I mean should I keep going? This place should be dismantled by the federal government for fraudulent business practices. In my honest opinion it would be better to walk or ride a bike vs going to this place to get ripped off for a vehicle. You will end up like me having to hire my lawyer to get this all worked out. ZERO STARS IF WERE POSSIBLE!

  Found a vehicle online and agreed to purchase. Credit was approved but terms drastically changed after the fact. They blamed theior computer system. Called to speak to the finance manager and nobody would return my call. Classic bait and swtich, Unprofessional dealership with questionable buisness practices. Buyer beware.
