Fortis Roofing Systems refund circumstances:
1. Fortis Roofing Systems will refund any customer overpayment of an invoice.2. A deposit is fully refundable if, no material has been ordered, no work has begun and Fortis Roofing Systems has been notified in
writing (email acceptable) at least 7 days prior to the scheduled and agreed upon work beginning. If materials have been delivered and
or any amount of work has begun, homeowner (buyer) is solely responsible for payment of any material return / restocking fees
including the outright purchase of materials (at contracted amount) if homeowner (buyer) chooses to keep materials or agrees to pay
labor for the return of materials to the distributor (assuming distributor allows for returns). In the event that materials ordered are custom- Business Categories
