I initially took my vehicle to this shop since I live a minute away. I was quoted $95 for inspection of my problems with the vehicle. They quickly charged me $200 saying my OBD2 port wasn't reading so they had to repair the port to get a reading from my computer. Claimed they fixed that. Quoted me another $1678.99 for parts and labor to fix my cars issues. To which they only could take cash or a zelle payment. I paid they tried to get over $2500.00 more telling me the turbo was bad and it has fresh oil spilled in it. Mind you I drove the car maybe 2 minutes from my house 30mph no stress on the engine but thru claimed all this fresh oil was in places it shouldn't be. The car had been sitting for almost a year so fresh oil wouldn't be there. I spoke to the manufacturer after telling the shop I was going to and they encouraged me to do so. They said we'll wait on installing the parts cause if we install and they get messed up in the mean time it couldn't be returned damaged. The manufacturer needed me to take the car to an accredited manufacturer facility and they are claiming they don't owe me a refund for the services not rendered. Parts can be returned so labor and parts money should be owed to me. As I need to pull my car from the shop.

First I had some repairs done at Everything Automotive in ******* **. Those repairs were done poorly but I paid for them. Then the owner **** said I had a very dangerous problem with my steering column. He said he could get a used part for $758.00 then proceeded to charge my credit card again for $982.10 with out my permission.(He had my card on file from the previous repair.) Then he called and said the used part wouldn't work and he would have to get a new part that would be $1000.00, continuing to tell me how dangerous the problem was. Then he charged my credit card again for $1486.28. I questioned him about all the charges and just got a lot of excuses and double talk. I kept calling for a month to make arrangements to have the work done and he said that the part was not in. Finally I told him to cancel everything and refund my credit card. He refused on several occasions. I turned it in to **** of America Credit Card on 12-14-22 and they credited my card temporarily pending investigation. On 12-14-22 I had to take my car to another repair shop because it was making a very loud noise. The repair technician gave me a video on bolts that were left loose on the frame by Everything Automotive and I had to pay to replace some wheel bearings that should have been replaced on the first encounter with Everything Automotive. Also the steering column that was to be replaced only needed two screws tightened and now the problem is fixed. Friday 2-10-23 I received notice they found in his favor because he provided the sales receipt from the the very first repairs on 11-5-22 for proof he did the the repairs on ***** and ***** 2022 under dispute. **** of America gave Everything Automotive back the $*******. I contacted **** of America and they have reopened my case however since they gave back the money to Everything Automotive I have to pay for the charges to my credit card pending further investigation. I am retired and on a very fixed income and I had to take money out of my very small investment account to cover all of these charges. I never received any sales receipt from Everything Automotive for the first set of repairs and I have to wait for **** of America to mail me the receipt they received form Everything Automotive. I never received any parts or services for the $ ******* charged to my credit card.

Everything Auto's tag line is "Home of the $15 oil change." It should say Home of the Bait-&-Switch! I was there on 12/27/22 for an oil change. The woman at the counter said they could do the full synthetic oil change for $49.99. I asked how much for the synthetic blend, but was told they were out of that oil. When I said that I would just take the regular $15 oil change (I have gotten it here in the past, the total included tax & a Haz Mat fee), she told me that not only were they out of that too, but that they never intend to get it again. Since I was already there, & didn't have the time to look for another location (I figured that the supply chain issues were probably effecting everyone), I decided to get the full synthetic oil change. I tried to pay up front, but was told to wait until they were done. After about 30 minutes I was called up to pay. The bill was over $68. I reminded her of the $49.99 quote & she told me the rest was TAX. What, 40%sales tax?! I told her it was not possible. After going through the receipt on her computer, she said that I was charged $15.20 for an oil filter. There was never a filter charge in the past on the $15 oil change, & her quote was a complete change for $49.99 + tax. Now I realized why they wouldn't allow me to pay up front, as I would have said, "H*** No!" They would not reduce the charge to what she had quoted, not give me my keys until I paid in full. Their website even says the oil filter is included in the oil change price, and quotes the $15 & $49.99 oil change prices. What a scam. The signfor the $15 oil change is just to get you in the door. My receipt invoice #******-my guess is that it is not a unique #.
