    They have problems hosting servers and when asked for a refund after only a week I was denied. This isn't the first time they have had poor performance issues but it is the first time they have refused to refund me.

    Uses sly subscriptions to keep you spending your money and over half the time I have tried to use what I bought it does not load or work. They wont refund and will instead reward you with a 3 days extension on your server which doesn't help because the server does not load or work at all. They have told me there's no time frame as to when the error on their side will be fixed.

    GPortal. Horrible customer service and results. After 2 weeks of voicing my concerns and lack of playing this game on their server (Enshrouded) I threw in the towel and reported to Paypal.Gportal has far to many customers to concern themselves on ONE account that I have that...is unplayable. (rubberbanding, members cant log or find listed server)

    This company is the most useless company I've ever dealt with since I have started playing videogames. Firstly I am disabled on a limited income and get paid on a certain date. So they bill every 30 days which will eventually hit you with an overdraft because it usually gets one day earlier until its at the end of the month. So I turned of auto renew. They then kept my autorenew on and I noticed being billed for my server for months. ********* wouldn't refund all of this but I got a little bit back. Secondly I decided to try a server again. I got some people joining. I turned off my autorenew and everything was fine I thought. I paid for the server to be renewed but they wouldn't. I had to contact customer support and put in a ticket. Then had to screenshot my ********* billing statement. Then take that to some shady website to turn my screenshot into a link so I could place it in the ticket. The website has a bunch of ads that say upload and things like that so it was confusing to figure out how to even use it. Well I then asked if I was going to have to do this every time and they told me if I didn't autorenew yes I would. Then the next billing time came along. So I went ahead and got my billing statement link and told them I needed it renewed and put the link in my ticket. The customer service rep said something along the lines of we have stopped your server! thanks for being a customer. Well at this point my server was already on suspension. I sent more messages. A few days later they sent me an automated response telling me they had too many tickets and would compensate people. This was because palworld and rust were just added. Even after this my server was still deleted along with my time invested and everyone on my server. All they offered to do is give me a new blank server for 30 days. DO NOT do business with this company. They are an absolute joke and only care about money.

    in my opinion. scam company dont trust them with a dime of your money. they do not offer support and if you do get in contact with them they brush you off and ignore you.
