These a******* just put a giant threat to tow sticker on my new car windshield leaving residue all over. They had no justification to do this. The resident sticker for the apartment is clearly displayed on the car. The car is brand new and I have to wait for the Dealership to mail the registration tags. If they try to tow my car before the tags get here, I will be pursuing legal action against them.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This tow company is clearly working hand-in-hand with the apartment complex in a shady, predatory operation. Cars are being towed in the middle of the night for the flimsiest reasonsor no reason at ****** its obvious theyre targeting residents and guests just to rack up fees. There are no clear signs, no proper warnings, and no legitimate cause for many of the tows I've witnessed. Its not about safety or spaceit's about profit. You can tell by how fast they ****** your car and how impossible it is to get any straight answers when you call. The customer service is rude and dismissive, and they act like they know theyve got you trapped. This isnt just poor serviceits a scam. Check the Better Business Bureau or ask neighborsthis is a pattern, not a one-off. If you're thinking about living in a complex that uses this tow company, think again.Stay far away, and if you're already stuck dealing with them, document everything and file a complaint. This kind of predatory behavior should not be tolerated

I had my car towed from my PAID HANDICAP parking spot. I have it parked over the line (there is no spot next to me, just the white lines for the handicap spot) because there has been mud and dirt for weeks and Im not stepping in it. I have asked my complex to clean the spot, it hasnt been done. My car was parked over the line for WEEKS and I have seen the tow truck come in and out almost daily. Today, he decides he wants to tow my handicap car for parking over the lines. I asked why he didnt tow it weeks ago as its been park the same way and Ive seen him come through the gate; he just said it was a violation and I got lucky like make it make senseyou saw my car and needed to make some holiday cash. Bunch of crooks and the police agree.

By far, the worst experience ever I was trying to get my car which clearly had the sticker in the window and they were being so rude to me and saying I have to pay. I can't speak to a manager at all. Or even to the guy who towed my vehicle. I'm not allowed to speak to him and not to mention another towing guy came in talking to a guy on the phone who happens to be the guy who towed my vehicle. And the towing guy guy comes in calling **** a Homophobic slur. And there's a older lady. Who works there who tells me as I'm walking out when I've been calm and just asked questions and paid completely my balance just to get my car. She tells me " I hope you know how to put ur sticker in the window now" I just stared at her because I am a young black male. In a environment where I was in fear they would call the police and lie on me. Very unprofessional and I believe this business should be shut down and employees should be fired. I left feeling so miserable today.

It was an outrage what my daughter had to go through with Rapid Recovery in ****.They towed her car which was parked at an apartment complex on a Visitor's parking spot. The Visitor **** can be read on the pavement. No signs indicating of illegal parking on that side were present. She was told that the apartment complex had covered the Visitor's **** on the pavement 2 years ago even though the visitors lettering could be easily read.Besides that experience, the "gentleman" who she talked to about her car was an old, big, tall, bad mannered dude who took advantage of his physical appearance in front of a sweet 20 yr old student lady who only cares about her role as a student. He treated her in a vast rude way, kept interrupting when she was trying to explain her point of view, and made her feel miserable about the situation. From my view, these are my thoughts:- They know who their preys are and how to get some easy money ("under the rules and regulations")- I'm sure they assume a ****** student comes from a wealthy family who can afford that and much more, so why not play wise about it and get the deal? After all, parents are far away and only want the situation solved as quick and painless as possible.- For me and my family it was only $320 loss (not saying I don't care. I do, but that's the least for ****** we learned not about parking but about the people).- Having my daughter in ****** means that part of my money ends up in **** which economically contributes to the city. (Some ******+ students being p... off)- These kind of outrageous facts only make an extremely negative impact on the impression we get from **** and its people. It's sad, but true. I do not want to have anything to do with **** in the future.- Honestly, I was expecting way better from ****.Sorry ****, I'm disappointed.

Rapid Recovery **** is among the most unprofessional business I have ever dealt with. My son's car was towed at 5 am from his apartment complex. He had just bought the car and left his old car at my house, with his *********** in the window, so he didn't have a tag on his new car. The towing company did a sweep at the apartment complex and towed his car. He was schedule to work at 7 but obviously had no car, made a police report because he had no way of knowing it had been towed (apparently they don't have to ticket you first or even tell you they took your car?) He got a ride to work, quite late, so I called the towing company for him to try and help him out. I was told that he needed to get the car before 5:15 the next morning. After the first 24 hours they add ***** a day. BUT they are open 24/7 so when he got off at 10 pm he could go pick up his car, as **** as he called and gave an hour's notice. His boss let him off early so he could deal with this so he made an appointment for 7:45 pm. He showed but they didn't. He started calling and at first they answered and told him it would be a few minutes but no one ever came and after a while they stopped answering. I drove 60 miles to take him the tag and try and help, and I sat there with him and also tried calling multiple times. No one would answer and the voice mail box is full. Finally left at 9 pm because we all had to work the next day and it was clear no one was coming. They wasted hours of our time and cost him wages. They are a racket, holding his car for extra time so they can charge more. What kind of professional, 24/7 business makes an appointment and doesn't show up, then just stops answering their phone calls? Doesn't call and tell the customer they wont make the appointment or they will have to reschedule...just ignores calls and leaves customers sitting out in front of their business in the worst part of town on a dark road waiting for them to come open a gate that never gets opened?

Absolute joke of a company!!! Needs to have the business license revoked for how the company is run. Illegal and intimidating people is horrible. I have never had a worse experience in my life and considering filing a police report for the entire situation!

We apologize that you feel this way. We follow all rules and regulations. Weather the vehicle was repossessed or impounded we do call the police department to inform them that we have the vehicle, so they are aware.
