    Better Business Bureau:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. The call I had with the customer service manager was above and beyond and I would even say they are worthy of kudos the way they promptly responded to my submission. That is certainly the way I envision quality customer service performing. I commend ********************** for going back to the prior loan servicer and the new one as well to straighten things out for likely many more customers that are probably in the same situation I was in.

    Regards,

**** ********esentative gave me the NEW ACCT number. Now payments are going through, however after several calls to AES, they still charged us a late fee. I would expect they (AES and Brazos) would waive the fee seeing we had made multiple attempts to find the issue. I also found that although there is only ONE ACCOUNT, they have TWO SEPARATE ACCOUNT NUMBERS...one for ***** and one for **** ********. I called again to request the late fee be removed and AES said Brazos refused to waive the fee. She would not share with me a contact number for Brazos. If indeed Brazos is the one benefiting from a late fee, I likely should file on AES as well. The account numbers are as follows ****************** 004980952-02 AES ***** ******** ********** AES **** ******** **********
