    My son is attending a new private high school in the fall. They have a strict dress code and they provided a link where to buy school branded clothes from. I purchase some school branded clothes from this site. It arrives. My son doesn't like some of them. I request for a return. I get denied because they said the clothes are customized with my son's school name/logo. I request for an exchange. I get denied for said same reason. Though their site says they do not accept returns or exchanges for custom clothing, I find their behavior unreasonable since obviously the reason I am buying from them is to buy school branded clothes. Secondly, if this is the case, then that means nobody can ever return or exchange because there business is printing school branded clothes for different schools. I cannot imagine people buying blank clothes from them. When you go the website url, they usually already show the school you are buying for. It does not go to a blank logo clothes page. This is deceptive sales/marketing. I cannot believe it. I have also reported them to the school for additional help.

    My Reply: I have not heard from BSN Sports since my last communication with customer service (****************) on July 25. Basically, they/she said that because my clothes have the *** logo (which stands for Serra), I cannot exchange or return any of the items. But my contention is that BSN Sports' business is making clothes for various schools and organizations. Hence, they should honor my request or that of any other customer because for sure people order clothes with their schools' emblems or logos on them. If so, I am sure there are situations when people order the wrong size or decide they want another style or color. Especially since BSN Sports is an online business, it is reasonable to assume that there will be requests for returns and exchanges from time to time.

    I just noticed a charge from a company I used last year. I did not purchase anything from them or authorize anything to them this year. Since my initial purchase I now see this company tried to charge me 3 other times and the charge declined. I only keep money on said card during AAU basketball season. Yesterday, they were successful in taking $406.86 without my consent as I did not use there company this year. It is Fraud!!! I did a ****** search and see I'm not the only person this happened to.

    I purchased $390.00 worth of clothing for my daughter's college soccer team back on June 22nd 2023. The usually receive their items on first day of pre-season early August from the school. First day of pre-season came, and my daughter's order was the only one out of 25 girls on the team that was not there. It is now 2 weeks later, and still no items, with no luck of a ship date from the school, I called today 8/30/23 and was told they still have not processed her items and cannot give me a ship date other than sometime in September. Meanwhile her season starts tomorrow, I asked why the items were not processed she said they were not in stock, which is not true since several girls on her team ordered the same exact items and received them for pre-season. I was told that they are being processed- well if they are being processed, then they can be expedited, and shipped to her overnight or 2-day shipping. needs them to play. The customer service refused to expedient ship, as well as refused to allow me to speak to manager to help expedite this process. I was told that there is no manager at the company. I find that hard to believe. How do you run a company with no upper management. I do not want a refund -, I just want her items shipped to her, so she has items to play in college soccer. I also want to know why I was never notified as to why her order was on back order? We were never notified, it has been 3 Months since it was ordered. Original Order ##******** told the new order number is #**********

    Our school district, North Pocono SD, was running a clothing sale for the fall sports. I ordered $250 wort of clothing for my son. The original email said that the orders will ship in 3-4 weeks. The next 5-7 weeks. It is now 3 months later and I have yet to receive the items. I called at the beginning of October to cancel the order. They told me that it was about to ship so I could not cancel it. I received weekly emails saying that it was about to ship. I just called again today and the lady asked oh you didnt get your order yet? Then she said that its in its last stage of production. I asked about the weekly emails saying that it was about to ship and she had no idea. She sold that she would put in a request to ah e a supervisor call me. According to social media, this is a current problem with this business. They are not fulfilling the orders yet continue to take orders from different schools and organizations. The store closed August 14th. Today is November 10th and I still dont have any of the clothing and my sons soccer season is over,

    I placed an order (#********) in the amount of $82.08 on 8/8/2022. My confirmation email said delivery would be in 3-4 weeks from the day the shop closed. The shop closed on 8/11/2022. On 9/26, I contacted BSN & was told the turn around time was 6-8wks, even though my order stated 3-4 weeks. on 10/4 I called & emailed again. on the phone, I was told that the sales pro, ********************* had my order & was verifying ******* should get it shortly, but no ETA. The email I received said that she would give me a 30% refund because of the delay. On 10/6 I finally received my order which was incorrect. I ordered a black hooded sweatshirt Med, Purple ** Tee Med & purple SS Tee Med. I received the sweatshirt and SS tee, but in place of the ** tee, I have a SS black tee. I called BSN & was told it would be 8 weeks to get a new one. Our season is over in less than 2 weeks....She told me to send a picture of the incorrect ********** would respond with a confirmation of a refund for that item, but could not process the 30% that I still have not received. I sent the picture & have yet to receive a confirmation email. Getting an order when there is a week left in the season is completely pointless.
