    We paid on a policy for years, then one day they lowered my policy without my permission. So every thing I paid has been for nothing. I want my original policy back.

    I went to a financial counselor who worked for Pioneer American to set up a *************** while I was active duty, and life insurance as well as various other charges were snuck into my policy. I have been charged approximately $4000. I would have never voluntarily signed up for life insurance given that I was active duty. I understand that this is likely the fault of the former employee rather than shady business practices. I would like to request a refund and have been unable to get in contact with the business.

    I have tried to contact a agent with no success, for several months. If you do get a person then transferred several times and still answers to questions. I am trying to cancel a policy with this company now for several months. But, a draft is still being deducted every month. help me please!

    Pioneer American sends a decision and refers the applicant to a third party that cannot offer any explanation as to why an application is denied, so what good is a referral like that? I found their response very suspicious and I should be glad that I wasn't ripped off the way so many others here have reported. They made some mention that it was something medical when I have no medical problems that would influence a decision to insure or not to insure, so I just assume they're frauds like many others in their business. I give a permanent thumbs down!

    Applicant applied for a $5k final expense policy. When an applicant comes into our department, we automatically order MIB and prescription history. The prescription history on this applicant indicated that question 2 should be a yes which would cause a decline for coverage. To verify what the medication was used for, we utilized medical claims data from ********. The information returned verified that there was history consistent with a yes answer to question 2 and would be an automatic decline.We are unable to provide specific details regarding the decline due to HIPAA regulations, but we can provide the vendors information to the applicant. The applicant can then reach out to the vendor to receive a copy of their report. They can dispute the information in their report through the vendor. If the vendor determines the information they provided to us is incorrect, they reach out to us and we re-review the file. A letter goes out with this type of declination providing the applicant the ability to get the information that caused the decline.Thank You,***************** Underwriting Manager, ALMI, ACS The American-Amicable ***** of ********* ****************** ******************

    They use robo calls to constantly call you. During the conversation they pass you aroind at least 3 times to different so call agents, and repeat all the questions over and over. At the end they try to get your checking or savings account. These are legalized scammers. They will harassed the elderly until they give up their personal information.
