Paid **** for a new **** deere riding mower so I could have a warranty because I am disabled and on a fixed income. The mower has 8 hours on it and blew a head gasket and blades won't turn as well as other issues including carburetor needs to be rebuilt. They fixed the other issues but want me to pay for carburetor claiming warranty doesn't cover it. This mover has 8 hours on it and all these problems and they expect me to pay them more money to fix something that is evidently junk to have those type of problems with only 8 hours on itInitial Complaint

Date of purchase 3/16/2022. Paid $36,300.Committed to provide a usable functioning tractor.United Ag & Turf misrepresented the tractor when they sold it to me. They knowingly sold me a defective tractor that had a long history of issues. The tractor had already been purchased back from the previous owner. The tractor was also to me as having a warranty, but ************** will not approve the warranty claim.United Ag & Turf apologized but has not tried to correct the issue.Post Purchase Timeline:1. The tractor started to have major hydraulic issues within 8 hours of use. The rear hydraulic remotes, steering, loader, and transmission started acting sluggishly or stopped functioning at times.2. The tractor was taken to the local **** Deere dealership. The local **** Deere dealership performed a diagnostic evaluation on the tractor, and found contamination in the hydraulic system. The dealer submitted a warranty claim that was denied by **************. The local *************** researched the history of the tractor and related what he found to me (attached documentation).3. I contacted United Ag & Turf concerning the issues. Summary of my concerns:1. As indicated by United Ag & Turf, the tractor was delivered from the factory with water and rust contamination. The contamination issues were never resolved through numerous attempts by United Ag & Turf (reference service history attachment). 2. United Ag & Turf misrepresented the history and condition of the tractor to me when I purchased the tractor. 3. As indicated in the service history, the tractor has both hydraulic and engine issues. Since **** Deere will not approve the warranty repair, the tractor in fact does not have warranty from **** Deere. The tractor should have been salvaged/destroyed based on the contamination from the factory.Documentation attached. Thank you for your assistance with this matter.Customer response

05/20/2022 charged ****** could not take tractor. was told it could not run orbecause fan didn't work.left mower and 5 weeks later **** was another 600 plus.Man was very rude. Tractor isn't worth that much and we are. senior citzens. They are not counting the first $114 toward our ****.can not afford ****. plus had to hire lawn mowed to the tune of $160
