04/28/2021 I received a quote from Stonehaven Dental for an exam, cleaning, tooth extraction, and bone-graft. My portion of the quote was a total of $435.36 and my insurance was to be charged a total of $749.36. I paid my **** via credit card on 04/28/2021 Stonehaven dental proceeded to charge my insurance amounts that were vastly different than what is on my quote. The total charge to my ***************** was $2,673.00. My insurance only paid $349.60. Stonehaven dental has also charged my insurance for four procedures that were not on the original quote, nor discussed with me at any time. No explanation as to what the charge is for. Simply I owe them more than what I was originally quoted to pay, that I was over 90 days overdue, and had to make a payment 3 days after this **** was postmarked. This is the first **** I have received from Stonehaven since my treatment.
