My Landlord is trying to evict me because of rent. Last year when I moved into the house, the central heat and air started to mess up. It says in my lease that I have working **. I told them to fix it because my kids and I were getting hot in the house. They had an electrician come and fix it and he didn't know what he was doing. So they called another electrician to come out and they said that there was a leak of freon and they need to buy a whole new **. The electrician told me that the one outside was on but the one outside was off. I didn't know they were going to rig it. The first electric bill went over $1000.00 and then it went over $2000.00. I showed it to the landlord and she took a picture of it. Then she told me to get another electricity company and they could not help me. They also didn't fix the ** and it has not been fixed since then. I had to turn off the breaker so I can get another electric company and get window units. Now they are trying to evict me and I have a pipe that is busted. My water keeps coming out and running up my water bill. I keep turning it off and on. The landlord said they will not fix it and they are acting like they don't care. I also have **** helping me with my rent because I had Covid and my job didn't pay me.
