    I recently utilized the services of **********,while the quality of their work was satisfactory, I am compelled to share my disappointment with the unprofessional behavior I encountered during the payment process.I had explicitly communicated to them that this was a cleaning service for a larger company and requested that they contact me for payment over the phone, as the on-site employee was not authorized to handle payments.Despite this agreement, I was neither notified of the appointment nor contacted on the day of service.The next morning,I began receiving a barrage of phone calls as early as 4 am, owing to the time difference.I understand that occasional timing discrepancies may occur,I was unable to answer the phone at that moment as I was in transit at the airport undergoing security checks.They proceeded to call me four times within three minutes, leaving voicemails each time.Approximately an hour later, when I finally had an opportunity to return their call, I explained that I was boarding a flight and assured them that I would arrange payment as soon as I could.Unfortunately, instead of displaying understanding or empathy, the wife I spoke with exhibited a rude and demanding attitude, simply stating,"We need payment."The situation did not improve during my four-hour flight, as they continued their incessant calls,voicemails,and even text messages.They went to the extent of contacting the employee at the store where the service was rendered, demanding immediate payment and treating her in a similarly disrespectful manner.Such conduct is not only highly inappropriate but also completely unnecessary. I'm disappointed by the lack of professionalism and customer ********************** demonstrated by ********** .As a paying customer, I expected a respectful and courteous approach throughout our interactions.Their behavior left me feeling frustrated and disrespected.I hope they take this feedback seriously and address the need for better communication and customer handling.

    Thank you for your feedback we communicated with ******** from the beginning to the end and the way we understood, we were going to get paid after job was complete. we were given your number and you were very rude to **. You hung up on ** and we thought that was very unprofessional. We were told to call you first thing in the morning for payment , Im not sure where ******** , our intentions are never to be rude but communication is key .Again thank you for this feedback and God Bless
