              I paid $5,100.00 on Jan 9, 2024 for a Kinetico model 2060 water conditioner and a Kinetico K-5 Reverse Osmosis unit with a brushed nickle faucet and various other accessories needed for installation. I have only gotten the run around since then and now on March 13,2024 I can't even get hold of him on the phone and he refuses to return calls. I either want my money back or the unit installed immediately. Thanks for any help you can give me.*******************

              I have unsuccessfully been able to get a warranty repair completed by this company. They are not operating their business professionally. They moved and didnt put any notices on the door. For two weeks I couldnt get in touch with anyone. They have had my leaking tanks for 12 days as of 06-30-2023 with no date for when they will be repaired. All they have done with those tanks in 12 days is drain them. I called the parent company and filed a complaint twice to no avail. So Kinetico parent company customer service isnt any better. I would not recommend this company or this product.
