      I purchased a home from Platinum Homes and closed on May 12. Upon occupying the home, we found numerous issues that we asked the builder to fix. Most of the items were denied because they said it should have been noted on the final walkthrough. We didnt have a final walkthrough. Some of the items that were fixed then resulted in bigger problems. When I asked to have the repair done correctly, and the bigger problems fixed, I was told the items were fixed and the bigger problems occurred outside of the warranty period. We have tried repeatedly to talk with this company and no one will answer their phones or return phone calls. Im talking with other people in the community, this company has a history of poor workmanship and even worse customer service.

      Walls were not removed during remodel aside from one area in the laundry room that was repaired correctly. We did minimal repairs here that primarily consisted of the removal of a back patio that had some signs of wood rot, painting the walls, replacing some of the floor and replacement of some of the electrical fixtures. We have a photo gallery showing the start of construction to the completion and at no point were these areas exposed and visible to us to be aware there was an issue, nor did the third party inspector notate any signs of the damage. We are an individual seller that did not make claims that we had removed all walls to be aware of things behind them; had we been aware pre-emptively the damage would of been repair in full as was the other rot we did find.

      My wife and I fell behind on our mortgage payments and now we get daily calls, texts and people coming to our house harassing **. We are caught up with everything and even with repeated attempts to get this company to leave ** alone we continue getting calls and texts. I have even had to chase a person away from my house from this company that was flying a drone around my yard.
