Customers may cancel this contract at any time as provided by law by mailing a certified letter to the above address detailing the desire and reasons. If customer has agreed by signature to allow JL Roofing & Exteriors to contact their insurance company for the purpose of gaining the approval of our estimate of repairs, and the contact results in an increase in the amount previously adjusted by the insurer, the customer agrees to pay JL Roofing & Exteriors 8% of the negotiated insurance price for services rendered, in the event they choose to cancel the contract.
