. The manager located at that dealership a *********************** has been the most disrespectful unprofessional man that I have ever met in my life. From asking me if I knew how to read to telling me get off the dealership lot while parking my unfinished vehicle out front missing engine parts. I which I still have been unable to get to the dealership to get it. The last incident is my reason for writing this email. I was given a vehicle back that was in the middle of waiting for another catalytic converter to come in. My car has had 3 converters out on it the last two in a 30-day period. Only they claimed that the third catalytic converter was defective. Not to be smart but it's a car not the human body there is no way that car is rejecting so many. Anyways after being told to get off their lot (which is due to me getting **** bringing him to the service center and calling them both out on the lack of communication from neither of them being able to tell me the same thing about my car). I drove it down the street to the first red light before my car died and wouldn't start. The end result was me having to pay for it to be towed across the bridge. Two licensed mechanics have looked at my car. both agreed that the catalytic converter on my car indeed the factory one. I was told by ******************* as well as ******** from the service center that I would be getting copies of the recalls that they sent my car to the ******* dealership for and have yet to receive them. I was texting a week or so later from the service center being told that they found my 02 sensor and heat shield. I asked if they had found or received the new catalytic converter that they were waiting on. Attached are some of the screenshots of our phone text from this particular incident. If possible
