I wrote a contract in July and took delivery of double wide in October. There were/are several things that are not correct, in and outside the house. The biggest thing is the shower doors do not keep water in and they can not be adjusted to close right as the floors and walls are not plumb. I sent pictures to the company using their own employees level. I have written emails and called several times and I do not get replies. I have taken time off to meet them for a work day and materials are not on hand. I try to plan a scope of work for a day and time and I get no response. Other items need to be fixed like the following: Second bath shower is plumber backwards. Missing Toilet bowl top in second bath. Trim coming off inside the house. There is a good size hole in Den ceiling that needs to be patched, textured and painted. I need a functioning back door and stairs. This has gone on for months and I don't a reply. I don't get a plan. I don't get a schedule so I can make a plan, schedule. I have written many times asking for this transaction to be completed. I have contacted the State HUD office and asked for an inspector to come see this as I do not think it is level. I paid good money for this and the lack of follow through, makes me wonder how much they care about their reputation.
