On July 27, 2022, I went to Rose City Customs and Spoke to ********************* ( the owner ) and ordered 4 24x12 Custom Made JTX Wheels , a 6in Lift Kit, and 4 37in Toyo RT Tires for my 2020 **** f250 and paid $14,100 including installation and Labor. I was told it would be a couple weeks for the wheels to be made and that everything else should come in pretty quick. 8/15/22 - I called to check back in on the status of my order and was told the tires and lift had arrived and was just waiting on the wheels to come in and should be a couple weeks. 9/1/22- called to check back in on the status of the wheels and was told AGAIN that it would be a couple more weeks. 9/28/22- I called again once more to check on the wheels I purchased and was told he would make contact with JTX Wheels and check on the status of the order. 10/21/22- Arrived at Rose City Customs shop to discuss a full refund in the amount of $14,100.00 for the wheels, tires, lift kit and labor for my truck that I never received. I Upon further discussion and negotiations I was told I could be paid $5,000 that day for the labor and wheels but could not be paid the remaining $9,100.00 due to the fact that he ( ********************* ) has the items but has to return them and doesnt want to pay me until they are returned and he is reimbursed. I was told to check back frequently for updates on my refund. 11/10/22- Called up ****** once again after my phone calls not being returned and was told once again that he was working on returning the items to be able to give me my refund and that it would take some more time at which point I told him I would be taking legal action if I wasnt paid11/16/22 -tried getting in contact with ** once again only to be told that hes been telling me that its gonna take time and I dont need to be calling him again every other day and that if he wanted to he didnt have to pay me back my money. I have been very patient and if I had more characters I could put every single detail with dates.
