I found a debt on my credit report that was over 5 years ago for a medical bill. I called to pay it today and they would not provide a receipt of payment on that same day and said I had to wait thirty days for a receipt as proof of bill being paid. There are multiple complaints on this company on how they handle their business.Business response

On May 13,2021 I was notified that there had been an collection added to my ********** credit report. And in my mind I'm thinking impossible. So I opened up the report to see an account that was removed for inaccuracies on April 10,2021 has resurfaced but under a new collection agency. And not only did it bring my score down on *********** it also showed up on my ******** report.Business response

This company put a collection on my credit report not 1 account but 2!! I have no knowledge of this account or did I receive any bills concerning the balance due. Now I have 1,500 in collections and knew nothing about these accounts. I have tried to dispute it but nothing as worked.Business response
