Exxiss Security warrants equipment sold as provided by the manufacturer against any defects in material and workmanship, under normal use, for a period of twelve-months. The effective date of such warranty is determined by the date of shipment from the manufacturer. In the event your product is found to be defective within the warranty period, Exxiss Security’s only obligation and your exclusive remedy shall be the repair and/or replacement of any defective parts, provided the equipment is returned to the manufacturer. It is expressly understood that the manufacturer shall have no obligation to furnish labor, nor pay for the labor of any third parities, nor bear the expense of shipping defective products for repair. This warranty shall not apply if it is determined that the defect was caused by improper use, power surges, acts of god, war, terrorism or damage caused to the equipment by others (i.e., vandalism). - Other Resources
