Juan and his crew were very professional and courteous. Hopefully you have or can find more subcontractors like Juan. I was very lucky to have them at my home to ensure the windows were installed correctly and worked together w my contractor. I had an emergency and had to leave right away and when I came back the two windows were installed, and they were cleaning up as I was pulling back in. (someone was home while I was gone)

Our experience with Renewal by Anderson was seamless from the start. The sales person was very informative and covered everything we needed to know. We then were majorly impressed with Deborah and the installation team. Deborah coordinated the whole process, meeting schedules and timelines which was greatly appreciated, and then came the installation team. These days it's difficult to find a group of installers who are not only professional, but work as a real team installing some big windows. They were thorough, polite, took plenty of time to explain and did a flawless job of putting these beauties in. My husband has a construction background and appreciated these energetic, competent and happy guys. We tell our family and friends that Anderson Windows eclipses the other companies. Your group we worked with are keepers!

I have received numerous ads in the mail plus they emailed me information. I have called three separate times to be removed from their mailing list, but continue to receive their propaganda when they assured me I would no longer hear from them. The first time I called, the young lady told me I had requested to receive their information. I would never, ever use Renewal by Andersen ** **** ************ ******* *****. **** *** ******* ****** *** **** ** *** *** ****** * *** ***. This company even got my email address and sent me an ad. I emailed back and requested to be removed. At this point, I consider their ads to be harassment at this point and want to know if BBB can help. All I want is for them to discontinue sending me their ads and leave me alone.

First, Jeremy was fantastic and flexible with our work schedule. He understood and made scheduling and communication easy. We communicated by email when necessary and by text as it was more convenient to keep all three of us in the loop. When we had a misunderstanding, he went above and beyond to help us. Second, Courtney was also a delight to work with! She emailed and followed up with phone calls, again, keeping us all in the loop in a timely manner. Thirdly, Tony was great, he called and texted in a timely manner as well. Tony's crew was very polite, clean, organized and made the work look like a masterpiece! My husband had a concern about the insulation between the brick and the windows. Jeremey and Tony both communicated clearly with us and met our expectations with filling in the gaps. When it came time to paint the exterior area that had been replaced by Tony's crew, Jeremy was right there to communicate a smooth transition of getting paint to complete the job. The windows look gorgeous! The money was well spent, and I believe we got what we paid for.

I cannot recommend this company in any way. Their reputation far exceeds my experience. The salesman lied to me about the need to contact the HOA regarding this installation and they were no help at all in getting the information needed for HOA approval. Excessive installation time: promised this would be installed in 10 weeks and it took over 4 months. Nonexistent communication: I would leave 3 to 4 messages before hearing back from them Poor quality installation workmanship: They left trash in the yard and did not hang the door properly, so that the insulation gasket was shredded within 3 weeks. No-show appointments: Did not come to repair the gasket on the day indicated and I had to call to find out what was happening. It has now been 5 days since that no show appointment and I still have not been contacted.

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. We’re sorry we failed to meet your expectations. We strive to work with each customer to help however we are able, as such, we submitted a request to expedite your order with the factory, in an attempt to accommodate your need for an earlier installation date, which we were able to provide. Our records indicated that no homeowner association (HOA) approval was required, upon learning differently, we made every effort to help supply photos for your HOA records to help in attaining an expedited HOA approval. Our apologies for the “no-show” appointment. Our records indicate that we reached out to inform you that the Installer assigned to resolve the issues, had transportation challenges, and was unable to keep our scheduled appointment. Due to this occurrence we would have to reschedule for a later date. Unfortunately, we failed on getting your project rescheduled within a more timely fashion and we are sorry for that experience. According to our notes, we are pleased to see that the product issues have been resolved and there have been no more issues with the new door gasket that was replaced. We show we reached back out as a courtesy check-in to see if you were experiencing any “shredding” and glad we have not heard of any more issues since completing the installation. We value your business and regret that you were disappointed. Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to correct the product issues and for helping us to correct some internal communication issues.
