I am filing this complaint against Clicktactix (Cliqly) because I have been charged a monthly subscription fee, even though I do not have any active subscriptions. I have emailed the customer support email with automatic responses stating that I will receive a response within ***** business hours, and I have yet to receive a response. I have tried calling multiple phone numbers that are associated with this business, one of which immediately went to voicemail and the other which didn't even ring through and immediately hung up. There is no way to completely remove my debit card information from the account without being prompted to add another way to pay. After doing some searching on ******** in hopes of finding a solution from other Cliqly users, I found that numerous other users were being charged the same monthly amount as I was and that multiple contractors of Cliqly have not been paid their commissions in several months, also with no contact with the owner of the company. My hope is that this business will be made to pay back all of the extra money it has charged to people's accounts without their authorization as well as pay those who are still owed money for the work they have done for the company. Please contact me for further information if needed.Initial Complaint

****** was my original affiliate ID. Now it shows I'd as ******. I had to fill out a 1099 for access/payment for services. This is an email marketing company, presented to me as Cliqly with Conversion house media as the affiliated payment company. Both are owned by ****** *****.I sent emails for this company and was to receive 10 cents per click. The gig is to purchase email credits and they pay per click. A payment threshold minimum of $300 needed to be reached to receive a payout from ***. I will provide my payments to the company with dates below.I joined June 29, 2023. I sent emails, reached the threshold ($323) on August 25, 2023. It took two weeks of emailing support after waiting for the pay period to receive my first payout on September 28, 2023.I noticed extra email credits in my account in June of 2024. I restarted sending emails. Conversion house media charged approx $20 monthly to access my payout information. I reached the payment threshold again ($332) and the payment was shown as sent to me on November 25, 2024. I did NOT ever receive this payment. With much effort, I cancelled my payments to ***. I can not access my earnings info or the company in any way without paying more. They charged my bank account $47 randomly on March 14, 2025 with no authorization or effort from me. A fraud claim is pending with my bank.Payments made to cliqly/CHM after 1st payment was received:June '24: $20 ("subscription access")July $20("subscription access")Aug $20 ("subscription access")Sept $20("subscription access")Oct $20("subscription access")Nov $20("subscription access")/$17 (credits)I am requesting a refund of the fraudulent charges to access my pay account as well as the $332 I am owed for services rendered as an independent contractor.Initial Complaint

This business called Cliqly offers a business opportunity where you buy email mailing credits and earn money based on how many people click on the offers that are sent out. Based on the promise of payment, I invested in emailing credits to build a mailing list. My Cliqly affiliate ID is ******. As part of my work, I earned a commission payout for $305.60 which reads it was sent out on August 9, 2024. THIS PAYMENT WAS NEVER RECEIVED. The company's records confirm that this amount is owed, I have received emails indicating that payment would be made in a matter of days, and despite almost weekly follow-up, no payment has been made to my bank account. After numerous emails to support which does not always respond, I have been given the runaround. Even worse, you have to pay $19.77 to even view your dashboard on Conversion House Media which allegedly forwards the commissions. I stopped using *** in September when I first started inquiring about my commission. The last debit from my account was on October 31, 2024 and nothing until this past Monday March 3, 2025, when all of a sudden my bank card was fraudulently charged $19.77. This is unacceptable and I will be reaching out to the Texas Attorney General as well as my home State of ********.Initial Complaint

I did direct marketing for DE Marketing for the whole year of 2024 and was paid $1979.20 out of the $8608.50 earned. They sent me an INCORRECT 1099-*** that says it PAID me $8012.90. This amount was still incorrect, since they also owed me a refund for $2241.30 for a guaranteed program that did NOT produce the guaranteed outcome. I have contacted the CEO in emails and his support team to NO avail. I get a lot of we have received your email and will respond as soon as possible which they have NOT. I have all my bank statements for proof of their payments to me. I have been trying to get this cleared up for about 9 months now. My affiliate is #****** Part of their ****************** ************************** AND CONVERSION HOUSE MEDIA RESERVE THE RIGHT TO DELAY SENDING COMMISSION PAYMENT FOR UP TO 730 DAYS TO PREVENT SUSPECTED CASES OF AFFILIATE FRAUD.There has been NO affiliate fraud so I see not reason they would need to delay sending MY commission payment. Plus, why are they sending an incorrect 1099 if they have NOT paid me this year??Initial Complaint

On 10/17/23 I joined Cliqly, an email marketing company that provides e-mails and email credits to send out, and you get paid when people click on the email or in some cases, buy what’s being promoted on the email. They offer a free trial and then a low starting price, but to continue you need to continuously by email credits and grow your lists. After using the free trial, I joined, and once I saw it was making money and they were really paying, I invested more heavily. I was involved with them from Oct 2023 until the end of March 2024 .
From Oct 2023 through the middle of December 2024 , I was receiving my commissions regularly. By the end of December, the account was listing the commissions I was earning as having been paid, but no money was showing up in my account. They kept on saying it was coming, that it’s just late, but nothing came. Also during that time I had joined their Mastermind program which cost $5400, because the owner, Bobby, promised that in addition to it hugely growing our email list, there is a guarantee that we would make it back during the mastermind period, or Cliqly would refund the difference. At the time they were still paying me regularly so I had no reason to think they wouldn’t.
They never paid my commissions from end of December through beginning of April 2024, Amounting to $3512.45. Also, they never paid the difference in what was “earned” during the Mastermind ( not really earned because it’s part of the never paid commissions ), in which they owe me another $3516.35, for a total of $7028.80. Plus, my initial investment into the company (which was a scam,) for $545.00. so they owe me in total $7573.80. I’ve sent dozens upon dozens of emails, which at first they admitted they owe me the money and would do a payment plan, but they never did , and they stopped responding. They are a scam and I need help recovering my money.Initial Complaint

On October 29 I signed up for an online marketing program called Cliqly run by De Marketing **** ***** *****, president, to make money online by purchasing credits and sending emails to his list of people. The list and offers are owned by *************************** On November 1, 2023 I joined a mastermind for a guaranteed $5,400 and another one on January 1, 2024 for another $5400. They guaranteed I would be paid on a cost per click and cost per action or acquisition. They initially paid for the first month but after joining two of their guaranteed masterminds for $5,400 each, I only received one payment of $426.50 out of the $8,440.60 they owed me which was for the mastermind and revenue I made for the company.I have sent over 20 emails, and each ***,e the owner, ***** *****, said they are working on paying me back. One of the emails they sent on July 2, 2024, said they would start paying me back on a payment plan, which I never received. I have copies of every email sent and received. I also have copies of their guarantee showing how much they would pay. I started noticing anyone on their ******** group who complained about not getting paid was automatically removed. From what I can tell, at least a hundred or more people are not getting paid.Initial Complaint

I was doing email service for Cliqly - ***** ***** being the owner and president of the company. He also owns DeMarketing 2 (The pay system). I started with the company in June of 2023 and was paid regularly then in January 2024 payments stopped even though I continued to do the work and paying for credits to send out emails. Plus had to start paying $19.77 a month to access the website. Cliqly owes me $861.75 since January 2024. I have sent numerous emails to company support and privately to ***** ***** with them only responding that my name is on the list to be paid and yet still no payment in almost a year. It is my understanding that *********************************************** 2 (***** *****) owes money to 900 members in the sum of $869,000.00. He continues to bring in new members only to scam them also.Initial Complaint
