Accurate and balanced inspections benefit realtors, buyers and sellers by simplifying the sales process and helping homes sell faster. With over 1000 hours of education, I graduated in the top 20% of my class, earning the most prestigious certifications/designations and was approved by the National Home Inspection Examination Board, the flagship of all home inspection examinations adopted by dozens of states throughout the U.S. My inspections include a foundation level survey, valued at over $200, at no charge. In addition, the buyer is provided with the inspection in a bound hardback book that includes detailed maintenance advice to assist in protecting the homeowner's investment.
