They installed recessed lighting in my living room and upgraded my electrical panel with precision and efficiency. They explained everything clearly, and the pricing was transparent. I especially appreciated their attention to detail and ensuring the area was spotless before leaving.     We contracted with Wired Electrical Services on August 23, 2021 to get a generator at our residence in Katy. The generator, transfer switch and all related material and services were delivered and connected as specified. The various technicians were professional and courteous. The staff members at the office were very kind and a pleasure to work with throughout the process. Subsequent service calls have been handled in a manner that makes us glad we are doing business with this company. We would not hesitate to recommend Wired Electrical Services because they consistently demonstrate the highest level of care and consideration for their customers.

    Wired installed a generator during the power outage from Beryl. We had already been scheduled and we were so happy when they came and installed our generator after 5 days of no power. From initial assessment, installation, to customer service rep I just can’t say enough good things about Wired electrical services. I’m very pleased and wanted to make sure to leave a review here on the BBB site. Great company and services provided.

    I contracted Wired Electrical to install my Generac standby Generator and start to finish these guys did a terrific job! The initial visit from the Salesman who was excellent in explaining the solutions they offered and the process from ground breaking to power-on. The next visit was with a Site Manager to lay out the location of the generator and the gas line they needed to install. Throughout the entire process the office folks updated me every step of the way and on installation day, the two Technicians who spent the day performing the installation were incredibly professional, stopping to answer all my questions and explain any details I asked about. I think when you finally have a service company go above and beyond your expectations…. It is worth spending a few minutes to recommend them to your neighbors. These folks are in my opinion “Best in Class”
