Fraudulent charges on people's credit cards. On mine, and others based of Google reviews.

Rude, terrible customer service and too expensive...No wonder this is a multilevel model of marketing where distributor makes a big $ cut and thus the high cost to customers... Folks can buy the same ingredients (glutathione and whey) at any vitamin store or supermarket (e.g., Whole Foods, Sprouts, GNC etc.). After doing some research, that's what we'll be doing henceforth; we had $500+ in product that they did not want to provided any reimbursement, credit etc. for some goodwill new product -- especially considering we've spent $1000s over the years. We've had it with this treatment. We'll buy similar benefit product at other sources and manufacturers as noted in link below. Immunotec does not have a monopoly on these ingredients or benefits. The ingredient Glutathione is very good for one's health but can be purchased as a supplement anywhere as noted above for a much lower cost. Immunotec claims their ingredient is a precursor to Glutathione but didn't see a 3rd party certifying to that effect. Again, you can get it anywhere not from this outfit...Their 888# on the product is no longer a working #. That figures...and their website has some old #'s that makes it hard to find customer reps. And when you do, they're terrible... NEVER heard of this company before and woke up this morning to almost $600 out of my account today. I called the customer service email and the guy basically told me that I am SOL and will need to wait on my bank. BS excuse for a company. I want my money back NOW.

I've never heard of or patronized this company. Yet, I wake up to an unauthorized Amex charge of ******. I'm unable to reach anyone at the numbers I found on Google, but am perplexed as to what type of card not present **** is going on. Needless to say I've ordered a new card.

A great Biotech company with amazing products. With my family have been using the flagship products for 3 years and the results are awesome. MLM company with great benefits !!

It is a great company because their products are efficient and their customer service is good and professional. We can trust the products because are regulated by Health Canada and the FDA, there is also medical studies that prove it. In addition, my co-workers and team are nice and united, and we are well capacitated by the experts and doctors. I emphasize that working for a multilevel marketing company is not for everybody, you have to think about if you like to sell, if you are comfortable to talk and convincing strangers so they can buy you the product as an independent consultant (so the expenses are on your own), making new contacts, spending much time working there, etc. In our case, we are in a good position, at the beginning it was not easy, we have dedicated time and efford (also money obviously), but still got success and that is because we like working in that way as independant consultants.

Best nutritional products and marketing plan in the MLM industry!

Just tried to charge my account hundreds of dollars. I have no idea who this company is.

I too have never heard of or purchased anything from this company, I'm from Serbia. Yesterday at 04.01.2022. my bank card was spend charge of $56,75! I have had to freeze and cancel my bank card. Please issue the credit back to my account immediately!
