    Refund and Exchange Policy
    When the reservation is made resident agrees to the following policy and charges. A Non-Refundable Admin Fee of $150 is due upon receipt of the application. Credit card charges for the reservation will be processed 20 days prior to check-in date for the total amount due. 

    Cancellation:  When reservation is made resident agrees to the following cancellation policy:
    Cancellations made 48 hours after receipt of application and confirmation will be charged a $250 cancellation fee. Reservations canceled 30 days prior to arrival date will be charged in full for the length of stay.
