    We went to Vegas and while in the mall we bought a RLX battery bank and it kept turning my IPhone 13 Pro off and saying water got into the item that I only had for 3 days. The battery never touched water and didn’t understand why it was turning my phone off when it was suppose to be powering up the phone.
    Contacted the warranty company and this was their response Thank you for your email.I am sorry you are not completely satisfied with our product. We are the warranty company and we are dealing with warranty issues only. Any replacement or upgrade can be done through us under the warranty policy. So what is the warranty for? The refuse to issue a refund stating we have to contact the vender we got it from we stay in Chicago how is that suppose to happen?
