02/02/2024 First time bringing in my ****** juke, Firestone recommend some gasket replacements due to wear and tear. My car prior to me taking it to Firestone had no issues with oil leaking, after spending 1.8k on parts and labor there was major dissatisfaction from the work performed by Firestone. 02/09/2024 Brought the vehicle back to Firestone and expressed my concerns, stating that I believe the job was rushed and clarification on terminology was not given. For example, Firestone never stated that they would use a silicone gasket when the paperwork says gasket cover( machine gasket). Pictures and video was provided and Firestone stated they will redo the work and take care of it. 02/10/2024 My vehicle sat in my drive way the entire night leaking oil from the very same place Firestone claimed they would redo free of charge. Today I showed proof with a video and pictures, expressing my concerns and dissatisfaction. The amount of time and money that Ive spent, is not equivalent to the work Firestone guarantee me what happened. Considering my long time customer membership this is a poor reflection of the company.
