They charge me over price and not fix it right, try to get the 50% from the money they won't want to give me back. They charge me 1200$ for repair the window and air conditioning. Both no work and have more problem after I take the car from them . The transmission go bad I think they do something that I bring the car again and then try to tell me to pay 3800$ for transmission it when I check different place it's only 1800$ . Don't trust to give them the car again . Jest want part of my money back for the window that they no fix in right, and air conditioning no blow cold air . When I try to call them speak with ray he say the only way he give back the money if I bring the car again and he pot all the part out from the car . He know that I say no because I think they do something to the transmission and make it bad. After I read reviews on Yelp I understand I'm not the only one they feel like that . I jest want 50% from my money, I speak with ray and he don't want to give me the money. I feel this place way over charge people and some body have to do something it's not right and not fair

Mr. ****** I'm sorry to hear that you feel that you have been overcharged for the services that were rendered to you. However we did exactly what was approved by you and nothing more or less. We are not in business for any other reason than to provide our customers with service of unexcelled quality based on integrity and competence. When your van was delivered to you, the window was functioning properly and the A/C was blowing cold. You brought you vehicle in to us to check it out and we happily did so at no charge to you. You were charged $1361.79 for the combined repair, not $2000 as you stated in a previous review. When you brought the vehicle back to us it was towed in because it would not go in to gear which was caused by the transmission being completely out of fluid when the dipstick was checked and smoke billowing out of the dipstick tube. We advised you of what was going on with your van which has 220k miles on it and what it would take to fix it. We in no way inflated our prices or tried to overcharge you for any of the repairs that were done to your vehicle. What was actually charged for the repairs done to your vehicle is fair and you brought your van in twice for diagnostics that you were never charged for. You were offered remedies for your complaint by either bringing it back to us to have us get the A/C working again if it was not working and to repair the window for you if it was not functioning properly. You were also offered the opportunity to take your vehicle to one of our sister stores and have them take care of the repairs if you didn't want us to do the work. Both of those solutions you refused.
