    PRE-PRESS SERVICE: Scanning fees are non-refundable once the scanning process has begun. Color Correction fees are non refundable once the color proofing step has begun (e.g., we make Photoshop adjustments and print test proofs on fine art paper or canvas to make final color corrections). GICLEE PRINTING SERVICE: Printing fees are non-refundable once the print has been created. Placing a print order of artwork of any quantity signifies pre-press acceptance and approval.
