            On the 28th I went to pay my rent. They took an extra 100 as a mistake and refuse to refund me my money. No check. No money order. No cash. I repeat THEY TOOK AN EXTRA $100. And will not give me my money back only apply it to future debts. My rent is 445 every month and as you can see in the screenshot they took 545 and kept the extra 100.

            I wish I had the ability to leave a negative star review for this property. I called their office at ###-******** today and Brandon answered and stated that he was the manager. My family reached out to me that her apartment was flooding in two of her rooms and she's currently on a walker. So I reached out to the manager office to see what's being done? A guy named Brandon told me that his maintenance guy was going out. I then questioned what was being done? He stated that he is not maintenance and hung up on me. I then called back I requested assistance and the contact information for the management company for this property. I was informed that it was "You Are One Property Management in Phoenix, AZ". I then asked for the phone number and he told me to look it up and hung up the phone. I've looked up this company with Dunn and Bradstreet and there is no such company in Phoenix, AZ, so either he's lying or there's different spelling for this property management company.
