My car was towed on 2/2/23 as an act of retaliation and intimidation. 3 months ago, my mother just pulled into our apartments and was sitting in her vehicle talking on the phone with her door open. The property manager- Ms. *** Davis was getting out of her car and proceed to tell her friend to just back over my mother's SUV. My mother asked what the problem was, Ms. Davis started cussing her out and told the friend, "Man you're going to get this here woman shot,". My mother filed a complaint with the owner xxxx Potter, the very next morning. He stated he would view the cameras and get back with her, he never did. My mother didn't file a police report because as not to cause any problems for me, as their resident. Since then, her friend that lives above me have be making my life almost unbearable. Stomping and beating the walls, playing loud music; all times of the night. I have called the police numerous times and made a complaint to xxx Davis. Nothing has been done. My car was recently repossessed, so my sister gave me hers to make sure I get to work. Ms. Davis has seen me getting in and out of this car for the last 2 weeks (when she sees me, she stares me down until I look away), while I was going and coming from work. There's also 2 cameras pointing directly in this parking space (same spot I'd parked my previous car) I've been parking in since I moved in, Oct. 2022. Ms. Davis did not call or leave a note on my car or door about this parking spot, she just had it towed last night. The company who towed it informed me that she'd been calling since last week trying to get them out there to tow but they had been missing me. I reported and asked the owner xxx Potter to please talk to her and get my car back as she had it towed maliciously, to no avail. I've been in fear of Ms. Davis before, but now it's at the highest peak. I'm in fear of my life, anxiety is through the roof, and I'm starting to have panic attackes as she's abusing her power, and nothing is being done about. I need help, please, I don't know what she will do next and I'm afraid. I don't want to lose my housing choice voucher, and I'm scared that will be her next move.
