I believe I was treated unfairly and unequally. I was interested in a home by  Smalley Homes in Hewitt, TX. in Hewitt, **. Moonlight development. I initially spoke to a Pelham Group agent who I thought was a sales agent for the builder  Smalley Homes When I told their agent after a few days that I had an agent outside of Pelham Group they said they could not work with me anymore. My agent was unable to get info for a sale contract from them afterward and showed me text screenshots of communication between ***** ****** of  pelham Group and my agent showing me she was trying to work on it but not getting info back. I stepped in to try to make a deal happen and went around Pelham Group directly to the builder and the builder tried to help me out by contacting ***** ****** to get us a sale contract because *Pelham Group has all sales go through ****************. Instead, ***** responded to the group email I was in with the builders that I was extreme and getting *** info on both their companies which I said I would do and found an A+ rating for ******************** but nothing on *** on ****************. I did find online reviews where other people said their sales were sabotaged by ****************. after over a month of me trying to get a sale contract we were finally told by our outside agent that ***** said we had a procuring cause which I'm guessing means that because we initially during the first few days of interest spoke to a ************ without signing a realtor contract with them are now being forced to use only **************** if we still want a sale contract in this specific development which they can probably turn around and sabotage again during the process. At this point, I don't trust this company will be fair and give me an equal opportunity for a sale contract and have filed other complaints to the ***** Realtors of Texas Realtors of Fair Equal Opportunities Association since other people who use  Pelham Agents are getting sale contracts but those who don't use  Peham Group agents are sabotaged. Because I told their agent before signing a contract with them that I had an agent I was singled out and had to beg and jump through hoops for weeks only to later be told there was a procuring cause if I used a real estate agent outside Pelham Group a and felt it was just retaliation against me for trying so hard to make a sale contract happen by going around them to the builder.
