    One of my worst purchasing experiences I can remember. I did my research and was sold on efficiency and reliability of the Spectralight ******* product. I put in a request on their PoolExpress site to hear more about which model I should get. No one called. You think a sales team would be more proactive. So I called them and even went with the larger model than my pool required (EP-4 vs EP-2). No purchase receipt nor tracking number was provided until the following week when I asked them for it. The pump arrived in a package that I wouldn't ship bubble wrap in. No padding, completely broken and missing multiple parts of the pump as well as a switch I ordered. I don't know if it was PoolExpress' fault or ******** I called to get a replacement and returned the broken package to ****** I immediately emailed ******* the receipt of my return delivery to ****** Of course it sat in their back room all weekend and ******* wouldn't ship a new one without ******* system confirming the return. Well it wouldn't update sitting in their backroom. Still no new pump on the way. Looks like algea is growing and I may have to empty the pool which will likely be a $300 water bill. Thanks a lot Spectralight. I sincerely hope your manufacturing quality is better than your front office.
