            Business charges a $100 deposit and then makes fraudulent claims about linens being stained and damage to the room to be able to keep that deposit. I booked this on Expedia but the hotel charged an additional $100 deposit. Many other reviews on Expedia stated this was their practice to charge fraudulent fees. They charged me $20 of the $100 deposit because there was a lipstick stain on a hand towel. My wife doesnt wear lipstick and there were no stains on the towels when we left the hotel room. In any event, a hand towel does not cost $20 and a lipstick stain should come out of a white towel if its bleached between clients. The hotel stated that they had to replace the towel. This is clearly a way to defraud people out of more money. I have reported this to Expedia and the reportedly cannot do anything.

            Accused me of damaging towels that I didn't even use and kept my deposit. Several other people have had the same thing said about them and their deposits kept. This is a scam and should not be allowed to continue.

            We are very sorry to hear that you didn't have a great experience in our hotel  our mission is to provide excellent guest experiences, so we are sorry to have let you down. We have taken your feedback on board, and we will strive to make improvements accordingly. Our housekeepers do take pictures with the room number and damaged linens as proof. You can request this information but emailing the property. During check - in, the registration card states that all damaged linens will be billed to the customer, which you sign before you check in.
