    On top of it! Thats How I would describe **** ****** and his team! **** ****** gave me all the information and even took the time to set up all my driver settings and connect my mobile devices! It really gives a sense of hometown dealership when you receive this level of care and service! Finance was a breeze and even received an extended lifetime warranty! This is why I have purchased 4 Ram trucks from Nyle Maxwell of Taylor!

    The whole team was kind, knowledgeable, relatable and relaxed. They were willing to find a good compromise to get us into a brand new truck that met all our requirements and stayed in our requested price range. They maintained professional yet friendly behavior and made sure to check in after our purchase to ensure that we were still satisfied with our vehicle. They even managed to make a better deal with us with their financing than we had with our pre-approved financing with highly competitive low interest rates. ****** and **** were particularly patient and helpful, but everyone we encountered was very impressive. I plan on driving this truck til the wheels fall off, but when they do, I will likely return to this location (despite it being 2.5 hours from where I live- thats how great they are!) to find another great vehicle at great prices with friendly faces there to help me. This is a place you can come with your family and not feel out of place. To say they are accommodating is an understatement. They stayed well past closing time for us to be able to come pick up our truck. They didnt have to, they could have told us to find a way to get it during business hours. They told us they understand we had a long drive and small children, and said they would stick around and for us to just get there safely. ****** even entertained my 4 year old daughter while my husband installed our car seats in the new truck. These are truly wonderful, caring people that want to get you into a great vehicle with great prices. I usually hate the stress and hubbub of purchasing a new vehicle, but the staff at **** Maxwell in taylor made this experience the most enjoyable Ive had yet. Truly thankful to have made this interaction with them.
