    I am buying a car from ******** I have several issues that have not been addressed. Within the last ***** days **** items were not revealed to me:1. front suspension issue 2. Heater not working 3. Tpms sensor 4. Cd prayer 5. Motor mount issue I need items fixed because I carry my grand babies back and forth, and is a safety hazard. They agreed to work with me and now they are not. I have called *** the manager and no return call back. And I tried today to make a payment arrangement due to financial hardship and I was told that because even tho I made a partial payment this month, I was told if I didnt have full payment today car had to go back to lot and sit, and may or may not be available when I came back. I have talked to ******, who was no help because she is not over my account and ***** that is over my account was not in. And **** the other coordinator was not in either and *** never returns calls. Staffing is one of their problems.. I can make a full payment on the 28th without and hardship..I have To have these items fixed due to me carrying 2 babies under 2 years age and it being a safety issue.
