      Zero stars. Sent my 3 week old $1300 computer in for a cracked screen. One month later they say the screen finally arrived but was broken so now computer is irreparable. Two months later they send me a used computer from an eBay seller that is inferior, costs $700 less brand new- has 500 GB storage vs my original 2TB and 8 GB RAM vs my original 64GB ram. Asus originally said they’d repair my computer for $325 but Securranty said they would not cover that cost and that only their facility could repair it. Now they won’t send me original computer because they no longer have it and likely sold it for more $ than the replacement they sent me! Complete waste of $. This is my 2nd terrible experience with them. Never again! Scam artists!

      -They do not do what they promised.
      -They just extend time of the claims by requesting logs, questions, this and that...
      -They make claim process harder and harder.
      -They deny the claims without a reasonable explanation.
      -They are stingy on claims
      -They do not fix the devices, they just send them back by saying cosmetic issue.
