I hired this company to create an educational social media Application for me. I sign the contract on January of 2022 this project was supposed to take about four months. I was very clear that timing is very important for the launch of this app. We are now going into the eleventh month, the reason I’ve been given is that for some unforeseen circumstances the app development has been delayed. Covid and so on.. I’ve spoken to the sales manager, project manager and so on, there’s only so much they can do. I’m concerned that this delay is a ploy to put me in a position since time is of the essence for where I’m being pressured to sign off on incomplete work in order for them to come later on and say that I signed off on all steps and ask for more money. One of the reasons I believe this delay is being done intentionally is because I was asked some months into the development of the app to fill out a client review on a site name Clutch, Clutch is a leading resting and review platform for IT,marketing and business service provider. A lot of people rely on this review to trust the companies they are searching, I was one of them. After I started filling out the review I realized that is was for clients who already had their project completed. After I brought this up. I never got an answer, which I found odd. This is my life savings and dream project which is being ruined by this company. I just want my application developed as it should and move on.
