- Mainland auto parts offers a 30 days warranty. This warranty covers defective parts and items sent incorrectly. Mainland Auto Parts provides a Standard 30 Days ‘Parts Replacement Only’ Warranty.
The 90 Days Warranty option, if available and purchased separately, extends the Standard Warranty Duration by 60 days.
NO LABOR COSTS are covered for any part sold by Mainland Auto Parts.
In the event that the part is defective we will first attempt to replace it and if a replacement cannot be sent then we will issue a refund for the total sale amount. In the event a reorder is made prior to return of the first part then we will require payment for the second part and refund of the initial order will be done upon return of the part to the address provided by Mainland auto parts.
Please verify with a qualified mechanic or auto part expert the actual part needed before ordering similarly consult with your mechanic or any qualified technician before returning the said defective part as Mainland auto parts reserves the right to ask for “Diagnostic reports, Maintenance and Repair report etc“ to verify the claim.
Return shipping costs will not be reimbursed. Returning the part is the responsibility of the customer and Mainland auto parts must be provided with a return tracking number when the item is returned. The item must be returned within 7 business days of the receipt of the Return Label. Items returned after the warranty period will not be refunded and will be returned to sender. Parts must be received within 30 days of the original shipment delivery date in order to be accepted.
If you receive a damaged part or an incorrect part please notify our customer service department. Do not send the part back before receiving a RMA. Upon contacting Mainland Auto Parts please provide a detailed explanation as to why the part is being returned. The return address will be provided at the time we are contacted. Parts must be returned to the location address provided upon receiving RMA. Parts returned to Mainland Auto Parts will be forwarded to the correct address listed on the RMA instructions, at your expense. We will refund once we receive the shipment.
In the event a part is returned that does not fit the specifications listed in this warranty such ssas (customer ordered a wrong part; customer does not need the part; customer ordered the part for testing purposes etc) Mainland Auto Parts reserves the right to apply a 25% restocking fee and withhold shipping amounts in the refund.
Mainland Auto Parts is responsible for items ordered till it is delivered to the address given at the time of sale. Once the said item is delivered irrespective of the customer collecting the same physical at the time of delivery or Authorized personnel’s (As provided by the customer at the time of sale) collecting the same on the customers behalf or if the said item is left/dropped at the address provided by the customer without any physical presence of the customer (As per guidelines of the shipping companies like UPS and FedEx authorized signature of personnel is not required to drop of packages as long as the address is valid and confirmed by the customer as safe to drop) Mainland auto parts will no longer be responsible for the package except for return as per the above given guidelines.
Once an order is placed with Mainland Auto Parts the same can be cancelled without any restocking fee one hour from the time of placing the order post which any cancellation will involve a 25% restocking fee.
Items modified or taken apart for testing will not be available for return. Items returned that are not the original part shipped will not be refunded. Part are uniquely identified by markings on the part. Items returned that are not in the original condition shipped (excluding items damaged in shipping and verified by a Mainland Auto Parts representative) will not be refunded
All problems must be in writing via mail, Email or Fax to verify a problem with a particular part or installation.
Once the item is returned, we will gladly issue a full refund on the original purchase price or send a replacement part. Once the item is returned it will be inspected and upon approval a credit request will be forwarded to accounting. Customer refunds are issued once the returned part has been verified and inspected.
Any refunds processed may take up to 24-48 business hours before it reflects on the customer’s account.
In order for the warranty to be valid, standard “Recommended Installation/Replacement Procedures” must be followed. Failure to provide proof of these steps being taken will void the warranty. Upon installation the purchaser agrees to follow vehicles regular maintenance as recommended by the manufacturer and may be required to provide proof of such activities in the event of a warranty claim. - Referral Assistance
