      I tried to sell my car to Vroom, but despite multiple attempts they wouldn't come pick it up. Ended up selling it to ******. Good idea that would work if they actually did it!

      You will never have as much attention and follow ups from a sales rep like when they want to collect the down payment. This dealership has given me the more headaches than solutions. I called recently to file reports on warranties purchased with even after a year of no follow ups. After making an unimaginable amount of calls, you’d believe id get some kind of help, yet they delay everything claiming they will follow up when they never own up and demonstrate how they will resolve any issue. I wish to file a lawsuit for false advertising and demonstrating absolutely careless actions towards customers service. Gap covers total loss yet no mechanical issues the vehicles have since date delivered. Please save your time and money. I want a response or help. I’m currently still owner of the vehicle purchased still paying for it. I would want guidance towards where to file a lawsuit. I understand that it was my decision to purchase yet they were the ones who offered certain warranties that still remain pointless. This dealership doesn’t even deserve this one star. I’ve just seen how many people have had issues similar and worse. I think we should all get compensated for this ongoing issues. Terminate and have vroom compensate customers for false advertising on hardworking customers that certainly have certainly been mislead!!!

      I regret buying a used car from Vroom because it was over priced. My buying experience with Vroom was horrible to say the least. I tried out one vehicle and then decided to get another vehicle within the allotted time frame. The vehicle registration paperwork was all wrong showing the old vehicle information for the new vehicle. Fast forward 6 months down the road and I total my car. The GAP insurance I purchased with the vehicle is taking forever to process. They are currently not selling any more used cars and this is probably why. I'm sure they have lawsuits filed against them. If I had a strong case I sure would file a lawsuit against them for false advertisement.

      Don’t do business with these clowns , they lie and lie to you day after day. Every day the delivery date changes . Asked to speak to a supervisor but no one has gotten to me . They are horrible , don’t believe nothing they tell YOU!

      Room is a complete disaster. I purchased my truck in June of 2022. Included in my purchase was Title, registration and delivery of course at an added price. The truck was delivered a week late due to it being in a shop for damages they didn’t tell me and they said they would refund me and I haven’t received it. I have been trying for a year and a half to get my money back for the title and registration process due to them not doing it and losing the title and having to get a new one. My bank wanted to close my account thinking I had the title when Vroom wouldn’t send it to me. I have 4 different case numbers and I have talked to well over 100 different people and can’t get in touch with a manager. If I could leave a 0 star review I would. There idea behind online car sales is great but there management and customer service is horrible. My 2019 f450 did not come with a warranty but when I asked my sales associate they said it did. No one knows what they are doing or talking about and it’s very frustrating.

      We purchased a car for my daughter on December 20th. As of January 12th we still have not received the car. We have had 6 delays on getting the car and today " the car has underneath rust damage that does not meet Vroom's standards and is being repaired." This is a sham. I was able to get someone today who agreed to return the car. I hope I get my money back. I have noticed now that the car has been for sale on Vroom before, two years ago, and they used the images from that sell for this listing. Not cool!

      Vroom has been horrible.total run around can’t get contract right had mistakes. I don’t recommend anyone buying from vroom they lie and told me I was approved then told me I was preapproved horrible experience

      I got through the purchasing process after being told by one salesperson that I was only approved to purchase older vehicles, 2012 or older. And then upon working with another salesperson, I was told that the only vehicles that I could qualify for was 2017 or newer, and that car salesperson continued to say that I had not been approved to purchase a vehicle that I had already placed a deposit on. I paid my deposit and down payment, and then afterwards, I came across multiple customer reviews talking about how horrible the “delivery” and “registration” processes were, that I cancelled my transaction after being told that there was no eta for when my vehicle would be delivered to me. My deposit was refunded within a business day. And my Down Payment has seemingly disappeared on my end. And they are claiming that it is still processing, and that I will just have to sit and wait. When asked to provide official documentation to state that it is being returned, I have been told that is not how it works. And that I am just simply going to have to wait. i have reached out and asked to speak to a supervisor, I have been told to simply leave a message with the agent, and they would not pass along. I need to see where my money is. And I need it to be refunded to me.

      I bought a $70,000 truck that's still under warranty and I was offered an extended warranty yet why would I buy there extended warranty when they try to dodge me with long wait calls make me wait days so my warranty could get closer to ending. My truck already has check engine light on from the lower shutter grill on my 2020 Ram 1500 limited ecodiesel and one of the accent lights went out already. Made me really discourage this first big car purchase I ever made in my life they try to sell you on how awesome there warranty is and how you get free oil changes to get you lubed up and ready so they can hit you with long holds that gets in the way in life and they know it. Then they jump you from person to person department from department making me lose any hope of getting them to fix the issue thats still under warranty. I plan to call again tomorrow and try to get my check engine light resolved. Though if your a consumer do not look them up online if you are not ready for the disappointment of a lifetime nothing but bad review and people telling you that you out of luck making depression a real thing. My repair bill are looking to be $5k or over out of warranty. I went ahead and extended my warranty with dodge thank god I was still able to get the bumper to bumper warranty from Dodge/Mopar. Dodge/Mopar told me they need to inspect my vehicle and I thought my check engine light might be a problem with the inspection. Now Im trying to get my check engine light fixed with Vroom since im still under warranty with them yet they keep dodging my calls and put me in hour holds. I am lost how Dodge/Mopar allows for their consumers to purchase a Ram from Vroom knowing how horrible their warranty is and that they are gonna be stuck with huge repair bills on a vehicle that suppose to be an asset not a huge liability. Im probably out of luck for the holidays like inflation wasnt enough. If you get a Ram get a warranty things break down so fast I should have got a Toyota.

      I started this car buying with Vroom 12/05/23 it was pretty smooth until they got my down payment of $2600, it has been a Downhill from then no-one can give me a straight answer and its frustrating now I'm like a ping pong ball, I call vroom they are stating that my application is with the Funding department , I call the funding department they say the application is with the funding department and they stating that they are still waiting for prove of employment and haven't heard anything from my employer. so I asked what can I do on my end to make the process go faster. the lady stated nothing can be done the process When I call vroom they cant find my account WHAT IS GOING ON!!!.. I'm out $2600 and I cant get a straight answer this back and forth is very frustrating especially if you have very rude people working for Vroom!!!
