  I recently purchased a custom 6-foot stretch spandex tablecloth with an open back from TableCoversNow.com for use at an outreach event hosted by our nonprofit organization.   The order was easy to place and delivered within 7 days with the highest quality material and our logo colors were true to our branding. Great company! I would definitely order from here again.

  Our nonprofit just purchased 2 large table runners. When they arrived, the colors of our logo (which I approved on-screen and which was correct) were completely off - not even close. TableCovesNow also partially cut off our logo in printing. When notified, customer service offered us 50% off of a reprinting, which is ridiculous. Why would we pay them any more money? Why would we trust that they would print it correctly the second time, if they have no regard for quality control or customer service? Particularly as a nonprofit with limited funds that watches our expenses carefully, we are very disappointed.

  We ordered a table cloth and *** lost it. We contacted the company two days after the expected delivery date and asked them how they would handle it. They said they would contact production. I kept the tracking number and noted that within 24 hours a claim had been issued to the seller by UPS. I assumed they would remake the lost product and send. Nope. Crickets. Now ten days later I just had the most frustrating conversation with a representative who says they’re still waiting for info. I told them it is total b.s. they need to remake the tablecloth and send it to us ASAP at their expense as *** already issued them a claim. They haven’t provided a new tracking number and this is all so frustrating. It’s past our first event when it was needed (we provided a month lead time) and now who the heck knows if we will ever receive it!
  It makes me wary of re-using them ever again. I would say it is time to find someone more local. Sigh.

  Ordered a custom table cloth for a government entity. Uploaded the design. Received the table cloth with incorrect spelling. Called them and they said nothing they can do. Apparently if you upload a design, their designers alter it. In this case, the designer altered our design and mispelled the name of the entity. We will not order from them again. We cannot use the table cloth because of their error!! Terrible customer service.

  We used Table Covers Now for years and were very pleased with them until a month ago. I placed an order for a tablecloth with a background. We provided an outlined AI file for the background and an outlined EPS file for the logo. Then for the next month, I worked with them, trying to get the proof right. My original request was for the background pattern to be light in the background (about 10% opacity) with the logo on the front of the tablecloth. Twice they sent a proof that I approved, then the next day someone else would send me a new proof that was incorrect, and I'd have to begin the process of correcting the proof again, because they could not go back to an earlier proof. Multiple times - at least 3 - the background file I provided to them was altered beyond fixing, shapes changed, pattern changed, when all I'd requested was a change to the opacity, and I had to provide the file again. Several times I requested someone call me to get this worked out more quickly, but no one ever would. After a month of this, I asked them to remove the background entirely and just print the logo, which became proof 11. When we received the 3 tablecloths we ordered, we discovered that the turquoise of our logo had been altered to a light blue. We compared the color of the proof we approved to the logo file we provided to them and discovered it wasn't the same color - my mistake for not checking it after all the back and forth, I'd been too fixated on the background pattern and only checked the logo for spelling and placement. The color was close enough I didn't notice the change; however, when we compared the color on the proof we approved to the color on the tablecloths we received, the color was way off again. I reached out to customer service multiple times and provided them with the list of everything that went wrong, including pictures. They acknowledged the color on the tablecloths we received did not match the color on the approved proof, but would only offer 10% refund.
