              I spent $17K with a company they bought on shades, I had just bought a new house and needed shades on all the windows. A year into the life of these shades some of them were falling apart, called my contact Kevin Fay at the company, he would not even retun my calls or emails, went to the headquarter and realized these guys won't lift a finger. I was told my shades had a 5 year warranty when I was buying it, but once I needed the warranty they said this was a third party product and has no warranty on it. I was never told this was not their own product during the quote process.

              As we have explained to you on several occasions and responded in the other reviews you have posted, your blinds were installed in 2018, and while the manufacturer has gone out of business, that is not the issue. We demonstrated for you that your renters damaged the blinds when we visited with you at the residence and that this is not a covered warranty nor is it one of a prior company’s commitments. We have tried to work with you as best we can, but we cannot simply replace the blinds that your tenant damaged for free. Again, we have proposed several options for you and have been here to help you resolve this issue but you have declined every option we have offered.

              Redicarpet spin is that my renters damaged the shades, that is wrong. parts of the shades are disintegrating that is not because of anyone damaging it but due to the poor quality of the shade's material. when they were selling me the shades for my whole house, they told me the shades had a 5 year warranty, now they inform me that the shades I bought were not their own shades but a third party. this is the definition of dishonesty
