Business Profilefor500 Below Cars

On 04/01/22, I was online looking at cars and came across 500belows website and i filled out the pre-approval form and was approved for a car with only $500 down and low monthly payments. So 04/02/22 I went there and was looking at the cars on the lot and was approached by Tony and i informed him of my approval for $500 down payment and he then shows me 2 differnet vehicles and had me test drive them. First one was a grey suv with 4 wheel drive. I took it for a test drive and during it I tried out the 4 wheel gears and there were issues with it so I took the infiniti out next and it drove nice and looked under the hood and noticed a big oil stain on top of the exhaust(which usually indicates bad head gasket). I asked Tony about it and if there were any issues with the engine, had it been recently replaced or fixed. He got to stuttering with his response but said no and im like are you sure and he said he double check with Roberto, they both came out and told me no. So I took them on they word when i knew better. Did the paperwork and when it came to the warranty I asked and made sure the transmission and engine were covered and they both told me yes. So I ended up purchasing the vehicle, and 13 days later the car starts overheating while im parked. I then took video of it and sent it to dealer and asked if they would provide me with a "loaner" or reimburse for rental to be able to get back and forth to work and they said no. Asked how long it would be at repair shop and they said not sure, so I then paid out of pocket to mechanic so I could have it done the same day. All repairs that were made were ones pertaining to other reason it would overheat besides having a blown head gasket. The overheating had went away from these repairs. I was on the way to the hospital for the birth of my son(which i missed) the car dies on me on the freeway and i had it towed to the hospital, and then towed from hospital to house.
